Our Background
Over half a century ago, AJF Inc. was founded by an individual who bridged the worlds of sports and industry, Aldo John “Coach” Forte. A prominent figure in the gridiron battles of the late 1930s through the ’60s, Coach Forte wore the colors of the Lions, Bears, and Packers. Yet, unlike today, a career in football was not the lucrative path it has since become. Forte leveraged the offseason as a time to excel as a salesman, a role that eventually laid the foundation for AJF Inc.
His perseverance and drive led him across the country visiting different plants, and through his journey a business was born, driven by a deep understanding of customers’ needs.
